Appointment

Help us eliminate waiting times by arriving at least five minutes before your appointment time. You can save time by completing an online patient registration form, available on our Facebook page.
Please bring the following to your first appointment:

  • a current, valid Medicare card (if you have one)
  • valid OSHC/OVC membership details (if applicable).

WorkCover patients will need to advise their employer of the appointment and to bring their employer’s contact details to arrange for payment.

If you require a translator or other assistance with communication, please notify reception when you make an appointment. A phone interpreter may be available but will need to be arranged prior to your appointment.
